Senior lead Design and testing Pune

Job description:
• Design the Bumper & its Child Parts
• Perform risk analysis (DMFA, DFM, DFA)
• Handle entire Bumper project independently (design, proto building. Testing etc.)
• Work with cross functional team for successful execution of project
• Exposure to tool design (mould, test fixture, assembly, and inspection fixtures)
• Help design team to fix the design issue to ensure product is met the product performance and regulatory requirements.
• Critical tests detailed exp like destructive test (impact, tear off), environmental vibration tests, durability, climatic tests, plan of seam adherence, assembly, and dis-assembly tests etc.
• Good exp in material selection and material tests know-how
• Maintain good relations with various laboratories locally and European countries etc.
• Front leader for testing agencies and customer.
•  Design approvals with client

Educational Qualification: BE mechanical

Technical skills: Catia V5, 3D CAD

Soft skills: Communications skills

Experience: 8-10 years in production Hands on critical testing exp (min 8-10 yrs) on auto exterior components for European OEMs (specially SAVW groups)
Experience in Plastic Product design and Development Plastic parts design Exterior/Interior Trim design is required
