To execute the assignment, we follow the following process :
- Obtaining detailed job description and personal specification for the open vacancy from the client to understand the expectations of the client
- Comprehensive search from our existing database, referrals, head hunt, job sites etc.
- Telephonic interview with the prospective candidates to check up whether the candidates meets the criterions specified by the client
- Providing the shortlisted resumes to the client
- Administrative support in coordinating for interview & follow up till selection/joining of the candidate
