Recruitment Process
To execute the assignment, we follow the following process :

1. Obtaining detailed job description and personal specification for the open vacancy from the client to understand the expectations of the client
2. Comprehensive search from our existing database, referrals, head hunt, job sites etc.
3. Telephonic interview with the prospective candidates to check up whether the candidates meets the criterions specified by the client
4. Providing the shortlisted resumes to the client
5. Administrative support in coordinating for interview & follow up till selection/joining of the candidate
